Single arm exercise withshort box
Including bicep curls - shoulder press with balance control challenge.
Level 2 / Low Stability
White Spring
Set up
Hands on footbar.
Stand up & place left shinontop of box.
With bottom still down, reach back and take same strap as shin on the box.
Option to bring heel onto box for progression.
Hover bottom off heels, lengthen back.ep strap arm long beside you.
Layer 1
Bicep Curl, bending at
elbow and returning.
Keep movement slow.
Layer 2
Bicep curl, rotate palm to face
forward, and reach arm
overhead in line with spine.
Reverse movement to return.
Layer 3
Finish with hold and keep working the shoulder overhead press
movement. (Bending the elbow to 45 degrees W shape and extendign again).
To finish, reverse movement bring arm down, bottom to heels, close carriage. Bring arms to foot bar and step shin off box.
