About Level 2 / Goals for classes:
- A Full body class, for clients familiar and confident on the Reformer.
- Introduce more challenging movement patterns that require a good level of stability and confidence on the machine.
- Continue to use layers through exercise sets / last progression of every cluster should include a more advanced option.
- Continue to build strength through progressive overload – always adjusting set up as needed to ensure all clients leave feeling empowered and challenged.
- Increase flow / smooth transitions with minimal rest periods between exercise sets.

Pre-requisite:
- Reformer Experience
- Taking all progression in Level 1 classes
- Can hold plank for 20+seconds (from hands or forearms)
- Comfortable on light / unstable springs (i.e for lunges/ planks and 2pt kneeling etc)
- Confident Standing on reformer
- Good base level of strength and fitness

    Clients can choose dumbbells for a narrow row. Heavier weights will provide a more challenging lunge as body load is increased.
