Side Arm Variation / Anterior Deltoid
Set Up 1 white spring / blue for stronger client.
Strap inside arm, weight in foot-bar arm.
Start by rising up to high kneeling.
Strap arm lifted to side and bent in a 90-degree bend, palm down. Weighted arm in goal post position
Layer 1
Keep arm in bent position and cut across front.
Progression
Add a rotation, twisting through ribcage & shoulders and pushing arm out on diagonal.
Layer 2
Hold arm in rotation, and lift weighted arm up to ceiling. Return weight, and return to starting. Repeat.
Layer 3
Hold the rotation, and work the weighted arm into an overhead press and back. Repeat.
