Modified Long stretch / Wheelbarrow
Setup / W or B spring for support. Prenatal or heavier clients may require a more supportive BW.
Kneeling on carriage facing foot bar, feet against shoulder blocks, hands on bar.
Find a modified plank position, lowering front of hips down toward foot bar. Make a straight line from knees to shoulders.
Layer 1 /
Hold this shape, and slide the carriage away, finding that point of tension slowly draw back to stopper.
Layer 2 / Come back to 3/4 of way, add in 1 push up. Returning out to wheelbarrow. Continue to add the push up if it feels comfortable.
Layer 3 / Keep carriage still and continue with just the push ups.
Finisher / Find a hold in wheelbarrow position.
